Mobile Tire & repair shop collects the details you choose to give us through the forms on this website: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. If you tick a consent box, we also record that you gave permission to contact you by text message, and when you gave it.
We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages you visited. This comes from standard website logs.
We use what you give us to reply to your message, arrange the booking you asked about, and keep our own records of it. If you consented to text messages, we use your phone number to send the kinds of message described in that consent, and nothing else.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
We do not sell your details. We share them only with the service providers who help us run this website and contact you, our website host, our email provider, and our text messaging provider, and only so they can do that work for us. Contrasite, who built and runs this website for us, is sent a copy of each enquiry so they can help if something goes wrong with it.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by texting "STOP" to (901) 220-2441. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, but no service can promise it is impossible to break into.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the phone number shown on this site and we will take care of it. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to serve you and keep our records.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy, the new version applies from the day it appears here.
For any question about this policy or the information we hold, contact Mobile Tire & repair shop using the phone number shown on this site.
Tell us where you are and what is wrong. We will come to you with the tires and tools to get you back on the road.
